The Department of Education announced that some organizations enrolled in SAIG have not completed a required review and confirmation of TG numbers requested last year. It is in the process of sending a series of e-mail notifications to each of these organizations. If confirmation is not completed by December 10, 2009, access to NSLDS online and batch services for these users will be removed. Failure to complete this process will result in loss of access to NSLDS online and batch services which are required to participate in the Title IV federal student aid programs. Organizations risk noncompliance with the proper administration of the Title IV programs if this access is removed.
