Reports To: Director of Customer Service
Our customer service representatives are the voices and faces of our company, so we're looking for hard-working, competent, polite, whip-smart professionals with outstanding levels of patience and tolerance. You'll be answering questions about student loans, insurance, calling cards, and more, as well as stuffing envelopes and folders, preparing mailings, and keying in data.

Compensation
- We start at $8 - $20/hour plus full health coverage and more money if your work warrants bonuses and incentives. We also have free parking and are two blocks away from the Quincy Center T station on the Red Line. What Makes You Qualified
- A qualified rep is a very friendly, outgoing, intensely intelligent, obsessively hard working, self-motivated, very fast learner who can adapt to ever-changing situations and bounce back immediately, as well as deal with customers of every stripe, from friendly and eager to downright hostile.
- Top notch abilities to read, write, speak, and listen in American English. British English OK, too.
- A basic working knowledge of statistics and mathematics.
- Highly computer literate, especially in Excel, business web use, email, and customer communications.
- Extremely strong memory, especially for numbers and names - you're shown something once and you remember it forever.
- Eligible to work in the US for any employer with no sponsorship needed, because we can't provide any.
- Able to pass a background check with no problems (Mass. CORI plus credit check).
