Commentary: How Much Regulation Is Just Right?

“The investment that government — both federal and state — makes in financial aid to students, who then pay that money to us so that we can use it to deliver our programs, is certainly considerable, and we need to be good stewards of it, so that students are well-served and taxpayers’ dollars well-spent.
