Defining the Enrollment Boom (Inside Higher Ed)

“All through the fall semester, community colleges have been reporting enrollment growth. On Thursday, the American Association of Community Colleges released the results of a survey designed to see if the many individual reports add up to a national trend — and the survey results suggest they do,” Inside Higher Ed reports. “Nationally, head count in credit courses is up 11.4 percent over the last year, and 16.9 percent over two years, according to the survey, which included data from hundreds of colleges from every region of the country.”
