NASFAA Graduate And Professional Issues Committee Holds Conversation About Servicing Concerns

At December’s Federal Student Aid (FSA) Training Conference for Financial Aid Professionals, members of the NASFAA Graduate and Professional Issues Committee (GPIC) met with representatives from FSA and the Title IV Additional Servicers (TIVAS). This marks the second consecutive year that the graduate community and their GPIC leadership have been at the forefront of tackling concerns related to loan servicing. GPIC took advantage of this opportunity to discuss procedures related to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and the treatment of payments before and after the established due date.
