Nebraska: Private Colleges Criticize Governor's Tuition Freeze Plan

“An association of independent colleges and universities has criticized Gov. Dave Heineman’s proposal to increase funding to the University of Nebraska and the state’s colleges by $47 million during the next two years in exchange for a two-year tuition freeze,” The Journal Star reports.
