Pennsylvania: Fixed-Tuition Trend Not Yet Evident At Local Colleges

“While more colleges are offering fixed-rate tuition to incoming freshmen — a guarantee that they’ll pay a single rate throughout their four years — schools surveyed here haven’t yet adopted that policy,” Lancaster Newspapers reports. “A recent Associated Press story said about 320 colleges and universities provided tuition guarantees in the 2012-13 academic year, according to an analysis of U.S. Department of Education data by the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.”
