Students Want More Time With Financial Aid Administrators, But Where Can That Time Be Found?
Students consider financial aid to be the most critical service to their educational experience – and many want more personalized interaction with their financial aid administrators, according to a new report. For “How Can Improved College Services Better Retain Students,” consulting firm The Parthenon Group surveyed college students and institutional administrators across sectors on the student services they perceive as most important, as well as which they think have the most room for improvement. Financial aid responses topped both categories.
