I have not bought an ipod touch. I will buy one when I can download podcasts from the itunes store. Apple are missing out on my dollars here.

This is the ONE feature I’m waiting for before I buy the Ipod Touch. Apple just released the 32GB Touch (16GB wasn’t enough) it would be nice if they soon announce podcast support for the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store. Otherwise I’ll just get the Ipod classic 160GB for ~1/7 of the price per GB. My current Ipod is showing its age and its 60GBs is limiting. I would like to use the 60GB for music and the Touch 32GB for everything else.

I feel like I’m driving a ferarri with only 2 gears and the handbrake welded on – its still way better than anything else on the road, but it could be SOOO much better by simply taking the chains off
it’s running osx, it’s got full connectivity, let the leopard loose!

Love the touch. Love that apple was first/best in market for this kind star-trek-came-early device. Still, podcast on the wifi store makes perfect sense. Robust radio/podcast support online would give those Serius and XM people a reason to use only an iPod touch. Seriously, this thing is the coolest device I ever used. Podcast/radio would make it cooler and it’s all a software fix.

Please add the podcast support. I listen to all of the twit.tv network. dl.tv and cranky geeks and many revision 3 productions. It would be great to not always have to be connected to the computer to get my favorite content. This would be really great for vacation time when I dont want to take my computer.

PLEASE add podcasting support. I love my ipod touch and really wish it had this extra feature. I listen to BBC and other news podcasts.
