MIDI Control Surface: $175. Piano: free.

So I bought a MIDI control surface off of Craiglist. I thought, hey, it’ll be handy for podcasting with Garageband, and it’s cheap. I can control more stuff for the Financial Aid Podcast. Little did I know that the control surface came with a free piano.
Someone else pointed out that what I probably meant to buy, or thought I was buying, was the M-Audio iControl. Ah well.
