But while I agree that red=stop and green=go are generally recognizable, you might want to consider recoloring them for the benefit of anyone who's red/green colorblind. Maybe Red=Stop, Non-Consent Yellow=NonCommercial only, and <i>Blue</i>=Full consent... Brilliant idea.

Who would accidentally show up at an event without realizing that there's going to be pictures taken, audio recorded, or video shot? If it just to promote the idea of CC, then I think that there is some merit to the promotion, but for actual use....I'm not seeing it.
